What we collect, what we don't.

The short version
We don't track you across the web. We don't use cookies on this site. We don't sell your data. We don't run advertising. We collect the minimum we need to run an engineering services business, and nothing more.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool hosted in the EU. Plausible records aggregate page views and clicks on calls-to-action. No personal data, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking. We use it to understand which sections of this page are read most.
Hosting
This site is served via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's standard server logs may record IP addresses and request metadata as part of normal operation, with retention according to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
If you write to us at projects@polystat.io, the email is stored in our Google Workspace inbox. We keep it as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation, then archive or delete. We do not add you to any marketing list or share your email with third parties.
Booking conversations
If you book a 30-minute conversation through our calendar link, the booking tool collects the information you enter (typically your name, email, company, and a short note). We use this only to prepare for and conduct that conversation. Same retention as email correspondence.
Engagements
When we engage with a client, the engagement is covered by a separate Mutual Services Agreement and Statement of Work. Those agreements define how we handle the client's data, code, and confidential information. Nothing in this site's privacy policy supersedes the contractual obligations in an active engagement.
Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA)
If you have written to us or booked a call, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete it
- Stop processing it
