Every project is different, so we don't publish a price. After the briefing we scope one process and send a written proposal: scope, cost, and how the result will be measured.
How long does it take?
It depends on the process. We keep the first project small enough to finish and measure, and you know the timeline before you commit.
Do we need our own AI or engineering team?
No. That is who we are built for. You bring the person who owns the process; we bring the Transformation Lead, the Forward Deployed Engineer and the AI agents.
Which AI do you use?
Whatever fits: Claude, GPT, open models, or plain software when that is the better answer. We are not resellers, so the recommendation follows the problem.
What about our data and security?
Your code, data and documents stay in systems you approve. Controls, and where a person stays in charge, are agreed before anything is built.
What if it doesn't work?
Every step ends with a checkpoint. If the evidence is not there, we stop or change course before you spend more. Results are measured against the baseline from day one.
What happens after handover?
Your team runs it. We can stay to re-test and update it as models change, and to pick the next process. Only if it pays.
